Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the services of Alternetica SAS ("Alternetica", "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Service description
Alternetica offers custom software development, technology consulting, systems integration, and AI solution implementation services for mid-sized companies across Latin America. The specific scope of each project is defined in the corresponding commercial proposal and service agreement.
3. Intellectual property
All source code, documentation, designs, and deliverables developed within a project become the property of the client upon receipt of full agreed payment, unless otherwise stipulated in the service contract. Alternetica retains usage rights over its proprietary tools, frameworks, and reusable components incorporated into the project.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information exchanged during the business relationship. This obligation extends for two (2) years after project completion, unless a different period is agreed upon in the contract.
5. Limitation of liability
Alternetica shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including lost profits or data loss. Alternetica's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6. Payments and billing
Payments are made according to the schedule established in the commercial proposal. Alternetica reserves the right to suspend services in case of payment default after 10 business days notice. Prices are expressed in USD or COP as agreed and do not include applicable local taxes.
7. Modifications
Alternetica reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect 15 days after publication on this site. Continued use of our services after that period constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Bogotá, Colombia.
