Why Alternetica?
For years, we have seen the same pattern repeat itself: a company grows, recognizes it needs to digitize its processes, hires an agency or buys generic software, and six months later discovers that the solution does not fit. The CRM does not have the fields it needs. The ERP does not talk to the local billing system. The API does not support the country's payment methods.
The problem is not a lack of talent. Latin America has extraordinary engineers. The problem is a lack of context. Many solutions that reach the region are adaptations of products designed for other markets, with different assumptions, different regulations, and different infrastructure.
